Form submissions are received through Netlify, the company that hosts this website, and sent by email to the NorthPeak team. Only NorthPeak staff who handle enquiries and recruitment can view your submission and your resume.

If we consider you for a specific role, we may share your resume and relevant details with that employer as part of the hiring process. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Form submissions and uploaded files are stored by our website host, Netlify. Netlify is based in the United States, so your information may be stored and processed outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of that country.

We keep your information only for as long as it is useful for the reason you sent it, such as considering you for suitable roles. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.

  • show you the information we hold about you,
  • correct or update it,
  • delete it, including your resume,
  • stop considering you for opportunities.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm who you are before making changes.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us and to limit who can access it. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not include sensitive details such as your Social Insurance Number or banking information in the forms.
